我們將與著名的瑜伽和頌缽導師 Yasoda 一起，進行一場頌缽淨化心靈之旅。
隨著近年大眾越發留意身心靈健康，令聲頻療癒快速興起，當中最為常見使用的就是頌缽。頌缽歷史源遠流長，在尼泊爾和西藏兩地也被用作瑜伽冥想和心理治療，也被廣泛應用作頌缽療愈。當地人相信頌缽的梵音能夠起到平心靜氣、參禪冥想的作用。Treehouse為大家搜羅了來自尼泊爾中北部喜馬拉雅山脈居民收集的頌缽，每個都曾經被喇嘛使用過並最少擁有一百至二百年歷史，而且每個頌缽都是由全人手敲打成形，獨一無二。
萬物皆在振動，有其各自的頻率，當身體系統的頻率失衡，便會影響身心。人體有氣場和各脈輪的平衡程度，與我們情緒及身體健康狀况息息相關，要注重保持身體內的能量暢通。沉穩的缽聲所生產出來的震動頻率，可以令人體組織細胞產生和諧共振，使腦電波、心跳、呼吸等頻率回復良好的平衡狀態，有助達致聲音治療、舒緩各種身心問題，包括失眠、緊張、肌肉疼痛及憂鬱等。

Attendees will join celebrated yoga and singing bowl instructor Yasoda, on a soul purifying journey singing bowl workshop.
The Singing Bowls at Treehouse come from villages and temples in the Ganesh Himal region of the Himalayas, which is located in the north-central part of Nepal. Each piece is estimated to be around 100-200 years old, having been part of holy rituals of the lamas and residents spanning generations, before finding their way to us through a series of bartering exchanges. With their robust and lengthy history, they carry a strong energy that is ideal for inner healing and connection. Every single one of our singing bowls are unique to one another as they were each beaten and shaped by hand using local ores from their respective origins.
Enrolment Remarks:
- A Full payment of HK$480 is required to reserve a spot on the course.
- This Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please note that the remaining balance for the full price of the course fee must be settled in cash only at or prior to the commencement time and date of the first session of the course.
- If you fail to settle the course fee balance before the first session, your Deposit as well as your spot on the course will be automatically forfeited by you, and your spot may be opened up to waitlisted students. If you anticipate that you will be unable to settle the course fee on time, please contact our staff prior to the start of the course.
- 24 hours advanced enrolment required.
- You shall receive email confirmation after we have confirmed your enrolment. If you have not received this email after making a enrolment request, please contact one of our staff.
- Once you have enrolled, it cannot be changed and the Deposit may not be applied towards a different time slot, service, class or course.
- Treehouse reserves the right to accept or reject booking requests at its sole discretion.
- If a customer is late to their class, the class will still end at the original scheduled end time, and no refund or replay will be given.
