Remarks:
- Follow-up Q&A sessions (“Session”) must be purchased no later than 3 months after the course completion date

為確保成功預約，學員必須先付全數費用 - Once a Session has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled. The Session may be rescheduled up to one time provided that at least 7 days prior notice is given.

A2: Yes, you’ll need your own deck of Tarot Cards. JanJan’s recommended Tarot Card Decks, which are suitable for all skill levels, are available for purchase from Treehouse:

Q3: What else should I prepare to take the course?
A3: We recommend that you keep a pen and paper handy to take any notes. You’ll be able to pause and play the videos during your access period so JanJan suggests that you to pause after each card to mark down any reminders you might need.

Q4: Can I watch the course videos anytime?
A4: Students will have 60 days to complete the course from the date of registration. Within these 60 days, students can enjoy unlimited access to study at their own pace and time, and revisit various topics in the course.

Q5: What is a good pace to complete the course?
A5: While the videos are available for 60 days, we suggest that you watch one lesson every 3-5 days so that you can give yourself a chance to fully understand the cards and practice with others before moving onto the next lesson.

Q6: I am very new to Tarot, will this course be complicated?
A6: JanJan's courses are easy to follow and practical. JanJan makes use of vivid and interesting explanations that offer a unique perspective for anyone from beginners to experienced soothsayers.

Q7: Can I ask questions during the course?
A7: Since this is a pre-recorded online course, there are no question-and-answer sessions. However, you can purchase an additional 30-Minute Online Tarot Follow-up Q&A Session with JanJan to ask any questions that you might have about the course content.
問：我可以在課程期間提問嗎？
答：由於這是一個預先錄製的線上課程，因此沒有發問環節。不過學員報名時可以加購一節30分鐘的網上問答環節，期間您可以向JanJan請教學習塔羅上的疑難。但由於報名人數不少，JanJan只能在學員報名後的3個月內回答及支援關於功課上的問題。
Q8: Will there be course notes provided?
A8: Because there is no one particular correct way to interpret Tarot Cards and JanJan believes that we all have different understandings of each of the Tarot Cards, we do not want your understandings and views on Tarot to be limited by a standardized set of course notes. However, each video lesson will contain some key-up text to remind you of key words and concepts if you need it.
問：此課程會有筆記提供嗎？
答：因為本課程不提倡死記硬背的模式，所以沒有提供固定的筆記內容。學員可根據自己對課程內容的理解去摘錄筆記，務求令學員對塔羅有更獨到的見解。
Q9: Will any certificate be issued?
A9: If students successfully complete the entire course, they will be issued a certificate of completion of the online course, which will be mailed (cash on delivery) to the account address you used to enrol in the course ( HK address only).

答：如學員完成整個課程後會獲頒此網上課程證書一張，我們會以到付郵寄形式寄送到您用作報讀課程的帳戶地址(只限香港地區）。
